We are available to receive and attend any complaint or claim you may have. In strict compliance with the guidelines established by the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), we follow the processes and indications established in Supreme Decree No. 011-2011- PCM and its Amendment, the Supreme Decree No. 058-2017-PCM. To ensure an effective process, it is essential that the data provided is valid and accurate. We are committed to ensuring that your concerns are treated appropriately and in accordance with current regulations. COMPLAINTS BOOK
1. CLAIM: Disagreement related to products or services.
2. COMPLAINT: Disagreement not related to products or services; or, discomfort or discontent regarding customer service.
Recipient (consumer, supplier or INDECOPI as appropriate)
*The formulation of the claim does not prevent us from resorting to other means of dispute resolution nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
*The supplier must respond to the claim within a period of no more than thirty (30) calendar days, and may extend the period for up to thirty (30) more days, after notifying the consumer.
